The Pot is held and paid out in ORE: whatever comes in as SOL or SKR is swapped to ORE via Jupiter when the draw is paid. The pot is funded by activity, not by minting new promises — it only ever pays out what the arena actually took in. Verify the draw ↗

Where every coin pack goes

12% → the Degen Dojo Reserve.
12% → running the Dojo (hosting, tools, the team).
28 / 36 / 44% → the preacher who brought the player in (Wanderer · Disciple · Sensei, by fighters held).
Everything else → the Dojo Pot: 76% when nobody referred the player, at least 32% always — players win it back in the draw.

The 1% mining fee (auto-mining and Burn to Mine) goes 100% to the Reserve — it feeds neither the Pot nor preachers.

How you earn chances

Connect your wallet and play any game — every play mints you 1 chance 🎟 in the Pot.
Win and you earn more: a win in Cluck-Fu, Cock Brawl or Dojo Flip is worth 3 chances, a Degen Duel win 2 (it's a skill game), and a loss still gives 1.
Chances stack until the next draw, and carry over every week the Pot isn't drawn. The more you play, the bigger your slice of the draw.

How winners are picked

Winners are drawn weighted by chances — more chances, better odds — but every entry can win.
Every week at the draw time (Sunday 18:00 UTC) the Pot is checked: if it's worth at least 2.5 ORE, the draw runs. If not, there's no draw that week and the pot and every chance carry over to the next week.
5 winners each draw, paid in tiers: 1st 40% · 2nd 25% · 3rd 15% · 4th 10% · 5th 10% of the pot, in ORE.
Fewer than 5 players? The ranks nobody filled roll into the next draw's pot — as does the share of any winner disqualified by the payout checks.

✅ Provably fair — verify it yourself

Before the draw we commit a secret seed. The winners are decided by an unpredictable future Solana blockhash mixed with that seed — a value nobody controls, not even Degen Dojo. After the draw we reveal the seed so anyone can re-run the exact pick and confirm the result.
