The pot winners are picked by a secret seed committed before an unpredictable future Solana blockhash. Nobody — not even Degen Dojo — can choose or predict them. Check it yourself below.

The Draw
2,500 boxes, all red. They go dark one by one — the last 1 left glowing green are the winners. The order is driven by the block hash, so the same fair randomness always ends on the same boxes.

Three checks anyone can run — no trust required:
How it works
1 · Commit — at the weekly draw time (Sunday 18:00 UTC) we publish sha256(seed) and close the round: new chances go to the next one. The seed stays secret. We also publish what the Pot is worth in ORE: under 2.5 ORE the round is held — no winners, and the pot and every chance carry over to the next week's round. 2 · Freeze — we publish every entry (wallet · chances) and only then pick a target future slot, so its blockhash doesn't exist until the entries are fixed and public. 3 · Draw — once the slot finalizes, we take its on-chain blockhash (nobody controlled it), mix it with the seed, and pick winners weighted by chances. Then we reveal the seed. 4 · Verify — check sha256(seed) equals the commitment (the seed wasn't swapped), the blockhash really is that slot's on-chain (the randomness was real & unpredictable), and re-run the pick on the published entries. Same inputs always give the same winners.
