1. Using Degen Dojo
By using the store, games, miner or app you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older and allowed to use crypto services, NFTs and prize draws where you live — checking your local laws is your responsibility. Don't use Degen Dojo where that's not allowed.
2. Non-custodial, on-chain, irreversible
- Your wallet holds your assets and signs every transaction on your device. We never hold your keys, your NFTs or your tokens, and we can't move them for you.
- Transactions are built and checked (simulated) in your browser before you sign, but once you sign and they land on Solana they are final — no one can reverse or refund them. Review what your wallet shows before you approve.
- Burning an NFT is permanent. Claim and Burn to Mine only offer NFTs we can't identify as valuable, mark the ones that can't be burned, and hide those with a floor of 0.05 SOL or more by default — but you choose what to burn and you're responsible for it. Some projects track staking or rewards on their own servers; burning ends those too.
3. Mining and prices
Mining ORE is variable: rounds pay out differently, results are never guaranteed, and the SOL you deposit is spent as the auto-miner runs. ORE, SOL and other token prices move — what you hold or win can be worth more or less later. Nothing here is financial advice.
4. Game coins
- Coins are for playing the Degen Dojo games: 1 coin = 1 play. They are non-refundable, have no cash value outside the games, and can't be withdrawn, sold or transferred.
- Coins live on our server, tied to the wallet that bought or claimed them. A purchase is credited once its payment is verified on-chain.
5. The Dojo Pot
- The Dojo Pot is a promotional prize draw. Every play earns chances. At the weekly draw time (Sunday 18:00 UTC), if the pot is worth at least 2.5 ORE at that moment's prices, 5 winners are drawn, weighted by chances, and paid 40% · 25% · 15% · 10% · 10% of the pot, in ORE.
- Until it reaches 2.5 ORE there is no draw: the pot and every chance carry over to the next week.
- No purchase necessary: every Seeker (one per Seeker Genesis Token) and every wallet 30+ days old can claim 1 free coin each week and play it like any other coin.
- The draw is provably fair: a secret seed is committed before the draw and mixed with a future Solana blockhash, and the entries are published so anyone can re-check the result.
- Before paying, we run fraud checks (e.g. linked or freshly funded wallets, ticket concentration, self-referral). We may verify, withhold or disqualify an entry or prize that breaks these terms or games the system. Prize shares nobody wins — fewer than 5 players, or a disqualified winner — roll into the next draw's pot.
- We may change, pause or end the Pot; prizes already drawn are paid under the rules they were drawn with.
6. Fees
- Claim (wallet clean-up): 1% of the SOL that closing empty accounts or burning NFTs gives back; GemFarm rescues: 0.01 ORE.
- Mining: a 1% Dojo fee on auto-mining deposits, including Burn to Mine. The ORE protocol charges its own fees.
- Degen Dojo marketplace: no marketplace fee; the collection's creator royalty applies. Magic Eden, Tensor and Jupiter charge their own fees on trades and swaps routed through them. Solana network fees apply to every transaction.
- Preachers (referrals) earn 28%, 36% or 44% of the coin purchases their link brings in for 30 days; self-referral doesn't count, and shares may be withheld on fraud.
7. NFTs and the Degen Dojo art
Owning a Degen Dojo NFT comes with the rights described in the Degen Dojo License. Other collections shown in the market belong to their own creators.
8. Third-party services
Degen Dojo relies on services we don't control — Solana, wallets, Helius, Magic Eden, Tensor, Jupiter, the ORE protocol, image hosts and Netlify. They can be slow, change or fail, and their own terms apply to them. See the Privacy page for what they receive.
9. No warranties, limits
Degen Dojo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it — including lost or burned NFTs, failed or mistaken transactions, price changes, mining results, bugs, outages or third-party services. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your local law permits.
